Summary:
Responsibilities:

- Responsible for returning calls from patients, co-workers, and vendors in a timely manner Emails
- Responsible for responding to emails in a prompt manner Meetings

- Possesses situational awareness in politically sensitive environments regarding clients and patients Knowledge
- Displays logistical awareness of supplies, equipment, processes, policies, and procedures Timeliness
- Completes tasks, projects, and any other assigned duties at the agreed-upon intervals Data
- Provides information upon request in an accurate, reliable, and complete manner Education
- Responsible for upkeep of any continuing education and participates in educating, onboarding, and training other personnel as appropriate Safety
- Participates in safety initiatives and practices safe techniques during execution of job duties Competency
- Displays, participates in, and evaluates competency through self-evaluation and evaluation of training employees Performs duties in accordance with Penn Medicine and entity values, policies, and procedures Other duties as assigned to support the unit, department, entity, and health system organization
Credentials:
Education /Experience Required:
Associate's Degree in Business, Allied Health, or a related field OR At least 1 year of experience as a current Electromyography Technician (R.NCS.T)Licenses, Registrations, and Certifications Required:
Registered Nerve Conduction Study Technologist (R.NCS.T. or CNCT) within 2 Years of hire.Required:
