1 Description American Traveler is hiring an EEG Technologist for a 13-week travel contract at a Level II Trauma Center, with Epic EMR experience required and first-time travelers welcome. Details Short-term acute care hospital with 629 staffed beds, designated as a Level II Trauma Center and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center Academic teaching hospital environment Performs both inpatient and outpatient EEG studies on pediatric and adult patients 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Every other weekend required Floating between facilities within the state is expected as part of the assignment Epic EMR experience required No on-call required Requirements Minimum of 2 years of EEG Technologist experience Proficiency with Epic EMR required Experience with both inpatient and outpatient EEG studies required Experience with pediatric and adult patient populations required At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting Full SSN and DOB required for consideration License required if applicable All required certifications must be current and active at time of consideration Additional Information First-time travelers are welcome to apply Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility Minimal RTO is strongly preferred for this position Any prior work history at a Providence facility (permanent, travel, or per-diem) must be disclosed, including location and dates Scrub color is open/any color
