Job Description

Category Imaging - EP Tech Job Type Travel Set against the welcoming backdrop of Stoughton, WI, this travel assignment presents the ideal blend of professional challenge and personal discovery. This is an exceptional opportunity to grow your expertise in Imaging as an EP Tech while gaining hands-on experience in cutting-edge Cardiac Cath Lab procedures, Electrophysiology, TAVR, and Left Atrial Appendage Closure. Here, you'll collaborate with dynamic healthcare professionals, broadening your skillset as you adapt to diverse workplace methods and leadership styles. Each day brings chances to develop your clinical expertise while strengthening your resume with sought-after skills and new procedures.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM One to two weeknights of call Every fourth weekend
Responsibilities Include:
Verifying integrity and expiration dates of all sterile supplies, ensuring optimal patient safety Preparing patients and equipment for procedures utilizing strict sterile techniques Monitoring and recording all procedural data, maintaining comprehensive procedural event logs Enhancing patient comfort and communicating procedural details while applying monitors and sterile drapes Scrubbing into procedures using aseptic techniques to uphold infection prevention standards Advocating for and ensuring radiation safety for both staff and patients, including appropriate documentation Maintaining thorough documentation of fluoroscopy time, radiation doses, and safety evaluations
Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited radiology program (education verification required) ARRT registered Wisconsin State Radiology Technologist License Registered Cardiovascular Technologist BLS and ACLS certifications
