JOB SUMMARY
: Assist in the monitoring of resident's independent living skills Conflict resolution between residents, initiate emergency response Discourage lingering guests, tobacco smoking inside or drug use Medication administering when needed per IPP (Individual Procedure Plan) Discourage and prevent overnight guests Provide backup coverage as needed within staff Prompt cleanliness of the house Monitor common areas to ensure proper usage Perform all other duties as assigned by the Manager Must protect confidentiality of consumers and all work-related information obtained in the daily operations. Observe and report complete all logs, incident reports, and official documents timely and as required. Be available to work different work schedules as needed to include emergency coverage. Possess communication and writing skills.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
High School diploma or equivalent.
HIRING CRITERIA AND QUALIFICATIONS
Must obtain First Aid, and CPR certification and become proficient in all emergency procedures. Possess a valid Driver's License and insured reliable transportation
