Job Description
Everyday Taxi Powered by Med Lift is currently hiring a dependable and compassionate Ambulatory Driver to transport clients to and from medical appointments throughout Montrose and Delta Counties. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our clients arrive safely and on time to life-sustaining medical treatments including dialysis, physical therapy, behavioral health appointments, methadone clinics, and other essential healthcare services. ✅ Job Responsibilities Safely transport ambulatory clients to and from scheduled medical appointments Provide door-to-door assistance when needed Ensure clients are treated with dignity, care, and respect at all times Maintain accurate trip logs and required documentation using company mobile software Perform daily vehicle safety inspections Follow all Med Lift LLC policies and Colorado Medicaid NEMT guidelines Maintain a clean and professional vehicle environment Communicate with dispatch regarding trip status, delays, or concerns Schedule Part-Time with opportunity to move into Full-Time Shifts available between: 5:00 AM
- 9:00 PM Sunday
- Thursday 5:00 AM
- Late Friday & Saturday (Taxi overflow opportunities available) Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Valid Colorado Driver's License Clean Motor Vehicle Record Ability to pass: Background Check Drug Screening Medicaid Provider Compliance Requirements Ability to use a smartphone/tablet for trip routing and signatures Strong customer service skills Ability to assist clients in and out of vehicles safely Preferred (Not Required) Previous experience in: NEMT Transportation Healthcare Caregiving Taxi or Rideshare Services What We Offer Flexible Scheduling Supportive Team Environment Paid Training Advancement Opportunities as We Grow Opportunity to transition into
