We proudly serve our local community by delivering high-quality medical devices, known as a NICE machine, and taking the time to ensure every patient feels supported and confident using them. About the
Role:
We're looking for a dependable, compassionate Medical Device Delivery & Patient Education Specialist to join our growing team. You'll use our company vehicle to deliver and set up medical equipment in patients' homes, and most importantly, take the time to teach patients and caregivers how to use their equipment safely and comfortably. This position requires some availability on nights and weekends , with overtime pay available for those extra hours.
NOTE:
This is a "per delivery" position, so it is open to your schedule, but deliveries are made 9AM-6
PM Please Note:
This is a non-smoking position , and employees must maintain a professional appearance — no visible tattoos or piercings beyond standard ear piercings while on duty.
What You'll Do:
Safely deliver, set up, and demonstrate medical equipment (including NICE units) in patients' homes. Clean and prepare NICE units and other medical devices for delivery according to company standards. Perform daily check-in and check-out of machines to ensure accurate tracking and equipment readiness. Box and label machines for shipping when needed, ensuring packaging accuracy and quality. Teach patients and families how to properly use and care for their devices. Provide friendly, respectful service and answer patient questions with patience and care. Keep your delivery vehicle clean and organized, and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately. Troubleshoot minor issues and communicate any equipment concerns to our service team. Follow safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines to protect patients and yourself.
What We're Looking For:
A friendly, dependable person with a heart for helping others. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. High school diploma or GED required. Able to lift and move equipment (up to 30 lbs). Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn. Experience in healthcare, delivery, or customer service is a plus — but we'll train the right person! Must adhere to company policies regarding smoking, dress code, and personal appearance.
