This position reports to the Concierge Services Director. The candidate will engage with residents and "empower every person to celebrate life at its best" and demonstrate our values of attitude, integrity and teamwork. Primary Job Duties Provide assistance in the event of an emergency call or when a resident calls the front desk for assistance. First to respond and assist and make the call for 911 if required. Use AED, Medical bag and 02. Provide reports for all emergency calls. Concierge/Front Desk Duties Required Education/Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Current license or certification from the State of Florida for Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Emergency Medical Responder(EMR), Paramedic, LPN, PN, or RN At least one year of experience as Concierge or Front Desk, one year of experience in security or at least one year's experience in customer service. Must possess a valid Florida Driver's License with a safe driving record. Able to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and make decisions independently. Computer literate. Good communication skills; must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
