What You'll Receive Guaranteed $18.54/hour upon licensure Tuition-free EMT certification through American Training Institute 10 weeks of hands-on instruction Monday-Thursday 8 AM-1 PM Paid ride-alongs and real-world experience Mentorship and continued learning A clear path to career advancement in EMS and beyond A Day in the Life of a Trainee As a trainee, you'll spend your first 10 weeks in a fast-paced, accelerated program where you'll learn the fundamentals of emergency care, develop practical skills, and gain confidence through classroom instruction and ride-along experiences. The final two weeks of the program are dedicated to testing and preparation for your certification exam. You'll train alongside knowledgeable instructors and experienced EMTs, all while earning a paycheck. Once you complete your training and pass your certification exam, you'll move into a full-time EMT role working side by side with a seasoned partner in the field.
