You'll be more than just an emergency responder; you'll be an essential partner in our patients' wellness journeys. Think of yourself as the vigilant guardian of patient safety, a skilled data collector, and a compassionate point of contact, ensuring every patient feels secure, understood, and motivated as they undertake their metabolic transformation. What you'll be doing: Accurately and consistently obtain and document vital signs, blood pressure readings, glucose measurements, and other key metabolic markers. Conduct focused patient assessments, gather detailed medical histories, and help identify any potential concerns or changes that require provider attention. Support our providers during examinations, consultations, and specialized metabolic testing. Skillfully collect blood, urine, and other specimens for comprehensive metabolic lab testing. Assist with medication administration as directed, ensuring compliance and patient understanding of their treatment regimens. Offer clear, concise instructions and reinforce health coaching messages to patients, helping them understand their care plans and stay motivated on their metabolic journey. Work hand-in-hand with physicians, dietitians, health coaches, and administrative staff to deliver integrated, high-quality metabolic care. Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent State-approved EMT training program graduate Active State NE EMT License required Active status on Nebraska Medication Aide Registry within 90 days of hire Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
