Job Description

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer medication to 50+mentally ill and medically fragile homeless adults. Conduct nursing assessments and implant PPD's. Maintain records as per state and agency regulations. Liason with medical providers to ensure medical regimens are followed. Coordinate client medical treatment and follow up. Participate in clinical and management team meetings. Provide emergency first aid/CPR assistance when needed. Related duties as assigned.
HOURS:
Full-time 37.5 hours per week
QUALIFICATIONS
Current NY State LPN License. Experience with MICA Population. CPR training certification or willingness to take training class in CPR. Vaccination preferred but not required.
