Job Description

Summary:
Providing 911 service/care to patients on a BLS Unit or a MICU.
  • 911 Service ONLY!!!
  • NO•(non-emergency) Transports.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide highest quality of care within scope of practice. Complete station duties Complete rig checks Handle ALL calls within the appropriate time frame Complete PCR's within 24hrs. Maintain all certifications and continuing education credits as required by the PA dept. of Health. Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times during shift (reference uniform policy).
Qualifications and Requirements:
High School diploma or GED equivalent PA Dept. of Health EMT/Paramedic Certification Valid CPR EVOC or equivalent Hazmat Operations Valid PA Driver's License Ability to function in a high call volume/stressful environment Must have strong team orientation.
