ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate is a CVT with previous veterinary customer service experience and at least 4 years working in an ER setting is a plus! We are looking for applicants who demonstrate excellent judgment and decision-making skills with the ability to triage emergent client and referral calls and determine the appropriate advisement in an efficient yet compassionate manner. Applicants should be able to sustain accuracy while maintaining urgency and compassion. Traits needed to excel in this position include strong communication skills (written, listening, and verbal), sustained attention to detail, independent problem solving skills, and the ability to convey empathy for our clients and the animals in our care. Strong computer and phone skills are required.ABOUT US
