Job Description

Position Summary The endoscope reprocessing technician is responsible for the cleaning and disinfection of all lab equipment, including the reprocessing of all endoscopes. The reprocessing technician will assist with monitoring quality related to scope reprocessing and maintain high level disinfection equipment and storage of endoscopes. The endoscope reprocessing technician will also be a resource on the unit for disinfection processes. Minimum Requirements American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification High School or equivalent is required- or higher. Knowlede of principles and practice of high-level disinfection and infection control Knowledge of high-level disinfection equipment handling and maintenance Good Communication skills
AHA BLS CPR
certification rquired CBSPD Certified Flexible Endoscope Reprocessor Preferred Preferred Requirements Endoscopy experience is preferred

Day Monday - Friday 11:00am - 7:00pm
