Job Description
Our rapidly growing natural health clinic is seeking two energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Rehab Technicians. In this role, you will guide patients through customized rehabilitation and exercise programs while assisting with the administration of various therapies. Applicants should be comfortable coaching exercises, learning rehabilitation protocols, standing for extended periods, and providing excellent patient interaction throughout the day. We will be sending you three questions to answer when you apply for the position. Any applicant who does not answer within 48 hours will not be considered. We are looking for candidates who have a solid understanding of basic anatomy, including major muscle groups and their functions. Ideal applicants may have experience as a rehab technician in a physical therapy setting, a background in personal training, group fitness instruction, exercise science, kinesiology, athletic training, or other health and wellness fields. Our patients range from highly active athletes to individuals who are just beginning their journey toward better health. Successful candidates will enjoy working with people of all ages, fitness levels, and physical abilities while providing encouragement, instruction, and exceptional patient care. Qualifications Basic knowledge of anatomy and human movement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a true team Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds from floor level to waist height Comfortable working with tables in Microsoft Word Schedule Full-time position (approximately 36 hours per week) Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Part-time applicants may also be considered Compensation $18/hour during training $20-$25/hour after training, based on proficiency and ability to manage the rehabilitation program Performance and production-based bonus opportunities This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing clinic, develop valuable clinical skills, and advance within the company.
