Job Description Start building elite clinical skills. At Postureworks Physical Therapy , exercise physiologists are part of the clinical performance team — not fitness floor staff. We are seeking an experienced , high-energy Exercise Physiologist to work directly alongside our physical therapists in a high-end boutique physical therapy and performance environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting, can think critically, communicate effectively, and confidently implement performance-based exercise programming with new technology. What We're Looking For Experienced Exercise Physiologist High energy and strong work ethic Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Strong communication and articulation skills Self-starter mentality Strong anatomy knowledge Coachable, motivated, and growth-oriented Passion for clinical rehabilitation and human performance Responsibilities Support one-on-one clinical and performance sessions alongside physical therapists Assist with movement analysis and biomechanical assessment Implement and progress neuromuscular and performance-based exercise programs Communicate clearly with physical therapists regarding patient progression and clinical findings Participate in mentorship sessions, in-services, and clinical training Clinical Training & Technologies 3D Moovment biomechanics analysis NEUBIE neuro-stimulation Redcord neuromuscular re-education HRV-guided neuroplasticity and recovery programming Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, or related field Previous experience in clinical, rehabilitation, sports performance, or high-level fitness setting preferred Strong interest in clinical rehabilitation, performance training, and neuro-based care How to Apply Please email your resume and cover letter to: frontdesk@postureworksla.com Learn more about
