Job Description

Most exercise and rehab roles put you through the same routines with little room to go deep with the people you are working with. This one is different. You will work one-on-one with patients across all ages and backgrounds through a process that is genuinely life-changing, and you will be there for every step of it. About the Practice ScoliCare Naples is a dedicated scoliosis and hyperkyphosis clinic offering non-surgical care through advanced 3D body scanning, custom bracing, and scoliosis-specific exercise rehabilitation. The clinic sees patients who have been missed or mismanaged elsewhere, from infants to adults in their nineties, and delivers answers and outcomes that most practices cannot. The team is small, close-knit, and deeply committed to a shared mission: finding the right treatment at the right time, always with the patient's best interest at heart. This is not a general rehab clinic, it is a specialty practice doing work that matters in a way most people never get to experience in this field. What You'll Be Doing Conduct one-on-one assessments to identify each patient's curve pattern, posture, and functional needs Develop and deliver individualized ScoliBalance programs, including 3D posture correction and targeted exercise Teach patients in clinic how to achieve and maintain their ScoliCorrection during exercises and daily activities Create clear home exercise plans and written instructions patients can follow between visits Coach patients on integrating posture correction into school, work, sport, and everyday life Use adjunct tools such as ScoliRoll or Denneroll where appropriate within clinic protocols Track patient progress, adjust plans as needed, and document care to clinic standards Communicate regularly with the clinical team about patient status and treatment updates What We're Looking For Someone who connects naturally with people and can guide them emotionally as well as physically through a process that can feel overwhelming Comfortable working hands-on with patients of all ages using verbal and tactile cues Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, Exercise Physiology, or a related field, or a personal training certification with relevant hands-on experience A good eye for biomechanics and posture, you notice things others miss Able to get up and down from the floor easily and move freely around patients throughout the day Open to learning a new and specific way of looking at the spine, all training and ScoliBalance certification is provided Spanish speaking is a plus but not required Reliable transportation is required Logistics Role type: Full-time, on-site.
