Exercise Physiologist Cardio-Pulmonary Positions details:

Summary:

Serve as a member of the rehab team engaged in performing cardio-pulmonary services. Demonstrate competence in the development and leadership of exercise programs for cardio-pulmonary patients. Evaluate and supervise the patients and remain current in approaches, exercise prescription and treatment of the cardio-pulmonary patient. Act as a preceptor for exercise interns and provide education to the staff and patients in the area of expertise. Why BayCare? Qualifications:

Required Education:

Bachelors Degree in Exercise Physiology; OR Bachelors in

Related Field Preferred Education:

Masters Degree in

Exercise Physiology Required Credentials:

BLS (Basic Life Support)

Preferred Credentials:

ACSM-CES

(American College of Sports Medicine-Clinical Exercise Physiologists); ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

Preferred Experience:

2 years Cardiac Rehabilitation and 1 year
