High-Performance Testing Program Location:
Tampa, FL•Part-time or Full-time We are launching a data-driven health and performance testing service built around VO2 max and RMR and we are looking for a top-tier Exercise Physiologist to help build it. This is not a plug-and-play role. You will be instrumental in designing and executing our VO2 max and metabolic testing program, including protocols, safety standards, and quality control. If you've worked with VO2 testing and want to take ownership of a program from the ground up, this is a rare opportunity. There is also opportunity to help grow the brand through gym contact acquisitions and marketing. What You'll Do Lead VO2 max and RMR testing with precision and consistency Develop and refine testing protocols, safety parameters, and workflows Ensure clinical-grade accuracy and patient safety during all testing Interpret results and contribute to actionable performance plans Help build a scalable, best-in-class testing operation What We're Looking For Degree in Exercise Physiology or related field ACSM-EP, ACSM-CEP, or equivalent (required) Direct experience with VO2 max testing strongly preferred Deep understanding of cardiopulmonary and metabolic physiology High attention to detail and strong communication skills Who This Is For Someone who wants more than a typical lab role—someone who takes ownership, values precision, and wants to be part of building a category-defining testing model.
