Metabolic Lab Coordinator

Maryland Mobile Metabolic Lab is seeking a Metabolic Lab Coordinator to help launch our elite metabolic testing service in Frederick County, Montgomery County, and beyond. We provide the lab-grade tech (RMR & VO2 Max); you provide the local gym connections. We are looking for a professional who is already established in the local gym scene and wants to offer their clients (and their gym networks) a higher tier of physiological data.

Responsibilities Strategic Partnership Management:

Act as the lead brand liaison to secure "Testing Days" and specialized blocks at local fitness facilities. You coordinate the physical space and the scheduling flow; our lead tech arrives with the mobile lab to execute the clinical testing.

Logistics & Negotiation:

Negotiate facility usage fees and coordinate all on-site logistics to ensure a seamless "Pop-Up Lab" experience for the host gym and its members.

Compensation & Benefits Booking Payout:

$100 per completed session. Earned for leveraging your professional network to secure and coordinate client testing sessions.

Example:

Secure a Saturday morning testing day with 4 clients and earn a $400 payout for the coordination.

Flexibility:

No set hours. This role is designed to supplement your existing training business.

Elite Experience:

Work with the same tech used by pro athletes and Tier 1 military.

Onboarding:

You will undergo the full $549 clinical testing protocol and nutritional programming yourself as part of your onboarding. We want you to know the data you're selling. This phase is restricted to candidates who have cleared the initial background check.

Requirements Credentialed:

CPT (NASM, ACE, etc.), CSCS, or Degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science.

Connected:

Must have existing professional relationships with local Maryland fitness facilities.

Professionalism:

This is a $449-$549/session service; we require punctuality and a clinical "bedside manner." Liability insurance: Must carry or be willing to obtain professional liability insurance (standard for 1099 trainers).
