Part Time Weekends•Ford Ernest Lofton Fitness Center We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Fitness Specialist to join our team. As a Fitness Specialist, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized training programs and expert guidance. Responsibilities:

Provide instruction and guidance on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and injury prevention Maintain a clean and organized workout environment

Skills:

Strong knowledge of exercise physiology and anatomy Experience in personal training and program design Ability to effectively coach and motivate individuals or groups Understanding of body mechanics and proper form during exercises Knowledge of physical education principles If you are passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals, have a strong background in exercise science, and possess excellent sales skills, we would love to hear from you. Part-time Schedule Requirements:

Saturdays:

4:30 AM•12:00 PM or 12:00 PM•8:00

PM Sundays:

12:00 PM•8:00

PM Availability Expectations:

Employees will submit their availability on a monthly basis. A minimum of two shifts per month is required. At least one shift must be the 4:30 AM Saturday shift .

Additional Opportunities:

Occasional weekday shifts may be available to provide coverage for full-time staff during scheduled vacations and will be communicated with advanced notice.
