  • Exercise Science Graduate Job description: We are seeking an energetic and motivated Strength and Conditioning Specialist/ Physical Therapy Technician to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related graduate interested in physical therapy, sports medicine, strength & conditioning, and performance testing. Our practice combines evidence-based rehabilitation with advanced performance and wellness services. You'll gain hands-on experience assisting with VO2 Max testing, body composition analysis, strength assessments, and rehabilitation programs while working alongside experienced clinicians. We're looking for someone who is curious, science-driven, and eager to grow within a forward-thinking healthcare and performance company. Responsibilities Assist physical therapists with patient exercises and treatment flow Support strength training and performance-based rehabilitation sessions Assist with VO2 Max testing, body composition testing, and performance assessments Set up and maintain treatment and testing areas Assist with scheduling, check-in/check-out, and light administrative tasks Help maintain a positive and professional client experience Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Sciences, or related field Strong interest in physical therapy, strength training, sports performance, or exercise physiology Excellent communication and organizational skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Experience in athletics, fitness, coaching, or rehabilitation is a plus What We Offer Mentorship from experienced clinicians and performance specialists Exposure to rehabilitation, strength training, and advanced performance testing Experience with VO2 Max and body composition testing Opportunities for professional growth within a rapidly expanding organization Ideal Candidate You are passionate about health, performance, and helping people achieve their goals.
