We're opening a limited number of Summer Internship spots at our high-performance training studios
in West Palm Beach and Jupiter, Florida and Irvington and Upper West Side, New York.
This is for athletes who want to learn how elite strength training, injury prevention, and physical therapy principles actually work in a real-world setting. A hands-on opportunity to be coached, challenged, and developed. Qualifications Background in sports (required) Interest in strength & conditioning, physical therapy, or exercise science High school students (upperclassmen) and college students encouraged to apply Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Positive attitude and ability to take direction Strong communication and interpersonal skills Key Responsibilities Assist coaches and clinicians during training sessions Support strength training, mobility work, and injury prevention exercises Observe and learn exercise programming and corrective techniques Help set up and maintain a clean, organized training environment Engage with clients in a professional, energetic manner Assist with basic performance tracking and technology use What You'll Gain Hands-on experience in a high-end training and rehab environment Exposure to advanced performance technology and training systems Mentorship from experienced professionals in the field Real-world insight into careers in fitness, sports performance, and physical therapy Opportunity to build confidence working directly with clients Schedule 10•35 hours per week, 6-10 weeks in length dependent on school schedule.
