This position is ideal for individuals passionate about physical fitness, with a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology. The Exercise Specialist will work in our gym to educate clients on proper exercise techniques and body mechanics. Duties Develop personalized exercise programs based on individual goals and fitness levels. Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' physical capabilities and limitations. Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and safety protocols. Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients throughout their fitness journey. Monitor client progress and adjust programs as necessary to ensure optimal results. Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness, anatomy, physiology, and program design. Skills Strong knowledge of gym operations and personal training principles. Experience with injured, aging, sick populations is highly desirable. Proficient understanding of anatomy and physiology related to exercise. Ability to educate clients effectively on health-related topics. Familiarity with body mechanics to ensure safe exercise practices. Experience in program design that caters to diverse populations and fitness levels. Excellent communication skills with a focus on motivating others.
