We are dedicated to delivering superior care and improving both patient and client outcomes. With over 1,000 employees supporting operations across the United States and in Canada, ProgressiveHealth continues to expand the number of client partners it serves and the lives it impacts. We are seeking an energetic Wellness Specialist to provide injury prevention onsite at a local automotive manufacturing facility in Chattanooga, TN. We strive to increase the workforce's ability to perform their job duties safely and decrease the risk of injury through intervention at the early onset of discomfort in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities include:
Develop programs that create awareness, motivation and provides tools to employees and dependents that help them adapt and maintain a well-rounded healthy lifestyle. Be energetic, professional and dependable Work independently, take initiative and problem solve Possess strong customer service, communication and clinical skills Effectively manage time and accurately complete tasks Ideal candidate will: Possess strong ergonomic and orthopedic interest and knowledge Be energetic, professional and dependable Work independently, take initiative and problem solve Possess strong customer service, communication and clinical skills Effectively manage time and accurately complete tasks Have emergency response experience Education and training required: A Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, or another related field (Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Health & Wellness, Health Promotion, Human Performance, Public Health, Physical Education) CPR certification New grads are encouraged to apply!
