We specialize in sports rehab, general orthopedics, vestibular therapy, and more—and we believe great care starts with great people.

Elevate Sports & Spine Physical Therapy is a locally owned and operated outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation clinic in Lacey, WA. Our mission is to provide personalized, one-on-one patient care in an energetic and supportive environment. We treat everyone from weekend warriors to competitive athletes and are passionate about helping our community stay active and pain-free.

Position:

We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and enthusiastic Physical Therapy Aide to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone pursuing a career in physical therapy, athletic training, exercise science, or a related healthcare field who wants hands-on experience in a dynamic outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:

Assist physical therapists with patient care setup and exercise supervision Prepare treatment areas and maintain a clean, organized clinic environment Greet and assist patients with scheduling, intake, and exercise flow Perform administrative tasks such as filing, laundry, and restocking supplies Support the clinical team to ensure efficient and positive patient experiences

Qualifications:

Strong interest in health, fitness, and rehabilitation Excellent communication and teamwork skills Reliable, professional, and eager to learn Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in a PT, fitness, or sports setting is a plus but not required
