Job Description
Dumont Tri-County YMCA is hiring a part-time Exercise Physiologist to conduct one-on-one fitness evaluations. The Exercise Physiologist will develop, implement, and evaluate exercise programs for a weight management program. Conducts testing that follows appropriate testing protocols that assess body composition, strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness, core strength, and flexibility. Will design exercise prescriptions, instructional materials, and home exercise guidelines that are appropriate for the program participant. Requires a bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or Exercise Science. Must have a flexible schedule and be customer service oriented. Free individual Y membership with employment.
