We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our growing behavioral health practice in Prattville and Chelsea, Alabama. This position is ideal for a licensed clinician who is passionate about providing high-quality mental health care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Schedule:

Full-time schedule ranging from 24-40 hours per week, with opportunities for in-person and/or hybrid service delivery.

Responsibilities Include:

Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to clients across the lifespan Conduct clinical assessments, treatment planning, and progress monitoring Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards Collaborate with treatment team members and community providers as needed Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs Manage a consistent caseload and meet productivity expectations Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and professional development

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field Experience in outpatient mental health preferred Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Commitment to ethical practice and client-centered care
