We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Individual and /or Marriage and Family Therapist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing therapeutic support to families and individuals, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to foster healing and growth. This role involves working closely with clients to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and facilitate therapeutic sessions aimed at improving mental health and family dynamics.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals. Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing. Facilitate individual and family or marriage therapy sessions for children, adolescents, and families. Implement crisis intervention strategies as needed to ensure client safety. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collect and analyze data related to client progress and treatment outcomes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care. Provide case management services to support clients in accessing necessary resources. Comfortable using electronic health record (EHR) systems Passionate about providing quality mental health care Must be actively licensed, with no restrictions, through the AZBBHE. Must have a LMSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC or LAMFT or LMFT.
