This role is ideal for clinicians who want to focus on therapy-first work, while maintaining full ownership of their clinical process, from assessment through ongoing treatment. You'll work closely with students (ages 5-17), families, and school partners in a model designed to make care more accessible and impactful. What You'll Be Doing Provide individual therapy to children and adolescents in school-based settings Manage your caseload from intake through discharge Conduct clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning (no formal psychological testing) Deliver evidence-based therapy (CBT, Expressive Arts, etc.) Collaborate with families, school staff, and internal teams Track progress and maintain documentation in EHR What We're Looking For Independently licensed clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) Master's degree in behavioral health Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat independently Experience working with (or interest in) youth populations Compensation & Benefits $62,000 - $68,000 + performance-based growth Medical, dental, vision 401(k) PTO + paid holidays Career growth opportunities Why This Role Stands Out School-based model (meet clients where they are) High autonomy + full clinical ownership Growing presence in the local market Mission-driven, relationship-focused care
