Conduct comprehensive client assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions. Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, community partners, and external agencies to ensure continuity and quality of care. Perform risk assessments and provide crisis intervention services as needed, while facilitating collaborative, client-centered team processes. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Support children and adolescents with a range of behavioral health needs, including serious emotional disturbances, developmental delays, substance use concerns, and involvement in foster care or juvenile systems. Uphold client rights, confidentiality, and ethical standards while promoting dignity, cultural responsiveness, and individualized care.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

Qualifications:

Master's degree in a behavioral health field Knowledge of child and adolescent development and family systems Familiarity with DSM criteria and psychotropic medications Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills "Compassionate Care for Mind, for Body, for all of YOU"

Responsibilities:

As part of the kids team, you will work closely with co-workers to provide quality care to our clients. You must be comfortable working independently as well as working with a team in a fast paced environment. Therapists provide individual, group and family therapy in a variety of settings, You will also participate in client's staffing, coordinate client care, develop and implement treatment plans, facilitate clinical team processes, provide clinically appropriate risk assessment and clinical crisis intervention services, maintain client records, and performs other duties as assigned such as Intensive Care Manager responsibilities.

Requirements:

Masters Degree in a behavioral health field. Licensure by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Examiners preferred.
