Job Description

Category Schools - School Therapist Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic educational environment as a dedicated professional supporting students' development and well-being. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work onsite and actively impact young lives as a School Therapist/ABA Therapist. Located in a vibrant, supportive community near Glendale, AZ, you'll collaborate with educators and families to help students achieve their goals. This role offers a full-time, in-person schedule with 40 hours per week, working across 2-3 school sites, based on your experience. You'll enjoy the variety and connection that comes with supporting multiple campuses while fostering strong working relationships and making a genuine difference.
Qualifications:
Certification or licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) required Experience as a School Therapist or ABA Therapist preferred Prior work with school-aged children or adolescents is highly beneficial Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt to various school environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Commitment to developing individualized intervention strategies
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy services to students Support students' educational and social-emotional growth across assigned sites Work collaboratively with teachers, counselors, and families to implement strategies that foster student success Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies Participate in meetings and contribute professional insights to student support teams Get ready for opportunities that extend into the upcoming school year as well, with additional assignments planned.
