This part-time role gives you real clinical hours, weekly supervision, and a great team without requiring a 40-hour commitment. Perfect for clinicians building toward licensure on a flexible but consistent schedule. Who We Are Living and Balance Wellness Center is a behavioral health organization founded in 2021, serving individuals ages 6 to 99, including children, adolescents, transition-age youth, adults, and families. We accept commercial insurance, Medicaid, and self-pay. Our offices are in Phoenix and Mesa, and we serve the broader Phoenix metro area including Glendale and surrounding communities, delivered through office, school, in-home, community, and telehealth services. We are a designated Center of Excellence for Transition-Age Youth. If you want to work with a genuinely wide range of individuals and grow alongside a mission-driven organization, this is the place. The Role We are hiring part-time associate-level therapists for both Phoenix (85051) and Mesa (85210). This role is ideal for a clinician who wants 20-29 hours per week of consistent, scheduled clinical work.About the schedule:
Most client hours are in the afternoons and evenings (after school).There are also daytime slots:
office groups, CFTS, case management, in-school services, and adult clients. You pick your consistent days and hours, for example, Monday/Wednesday/Friday plus Saturday and Sunday can get you to your weekly minimum. We just need it to be the same schedule week to week. Reliability is everything for our clients. This is an in-person position. Work is based in our Phoenix or Mesa office and in school-based settings. Occasional in-home services may also apply. This is not a remote or hybrid role. We believe in showing up — for our clients and for each other. You Will Carry an active caseload of youth and families consistent with your available hours Provide individual, family, and group therapy Complete intake assessments and treatment plans Document in our EHR system within required timeframes Attend weekly clinical supervision and relevant team meetings Collaborate with our care team, schools, and familiesWhat You Bring License:
Active Arizona LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, or equivalent associate-level licenseEducation:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, MFT, or equivalentAvailability:
