Job Description

  • Job Overview:
  • Milestone Recovery, a Joint Commission Accredited Intensive Outpatient Mental Health Primary Treatment Clinic providing evidence-based mental health and/or addiction treatment to men and women 18 years of age and older.
We are a trauma informed clinic with a simultaneous focus on the mind and body for complete healing. We are seeking a licensed therapist to facilitate group counseling Monday through Friday as well as provide individual therapy to our clients. Newly licensed individuals with limited work experience welcome to apply. Weekly clinical supervision provided by the company. The ideal candidate will a have a passion for treating trauma, EMDR certification a plus or willing to undergo training in EMDR. Compassion for individuals with mental health disorders a must. Must have fresh ideas, a take charge attitude, and be an independent thinker. Milestone Recovery's culture is one of teamwork and the ideal candidate will have a team player attitude who loves helping people and is passionate about providing compassionate care to their clients.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's needs
  • Group facilitation and individual therapy
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records
  • Stay updated on best practices in mental health therapy
  • Requirements:
  • Master's Degree Prefer 1 year experience but open to hiring newly licensed individuals who are willing to learn EMDR Certification a plus Valid driver's license.
Valid CPR/First Aid certifications or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire. Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
