Rite Path is seeking Contractor Therapists in Queen Creek and Tempe AZ to provide outpatient behavioral health services. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and consistent referral opportunities within a collaborative, mission-driven organization What you will do: Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Utilize evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members as needed Meet contracted productivity expectations Qualifications Active, unrestricted Arizona license in one of the following: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, LMSW, or LAMFT or Master's Level Therapist Strong documentation and time management skills Bilingual Preferred What We Offer Flexible schedules (part-time or full-time contractor roles) Competitive 1099 compensation Consistent referrals and caseload opportunities Clinical collaboration and support Contractor Status Supervision Bilingual Preferred This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
