Job Summary We are seeking and Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) to join our growing team for an in-person position in Auburn . This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working with diverse populations and clinical presentations, and who is comfortable seeing children, adults, couples, and families. This is not a remote role- consistent in-person availability is required. The Associate Marriage and Family Therapist will provide therapeutic services to a diverse caseload while receiving clinical supervision and support in a collaborative practice environment. The AMFT will work with clients experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relational issues, life transitions, and more. Our clinicians are supported in growing their clinical skills while maintaining ethical, compassionate, and client-centered care. Duties Provide in-person individual, couples, family , and child therapy Conduct thorough assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans Utilize trauma-informed and evidence-based therapeutic approaches Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with supervisors and team members for case consultaion Demonstrate cultural humility and sensitivity with diverse populations Uphold ethical and legal standards of practice Participate in supervision and team meetings as required Qualifications Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) in good standing Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Children and adults Couples and families Trauma-informed care Maternal mental health Veteran care Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills Availability and willingness to work in
Auburn Pay:
$38,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
