Your Role Provide evidence-based physical therapy for infants and toddlers (ages 0-3) in their natural environments. Complete evaluations, develop family-centered goals, and coach caregivers to integrate strategies into daily routines. Manage your caseload independently and complete high-quality, timely documentation. Collaborate with a supportive team focused on positive developmental and functional outcomes.
Candidates Must Have:
Master's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited university and active CA PT license. Pediatric experience; early-intervention (age 0-3) strongly preferred. Knowledge of interdisciplinary EI theories, rehab principles, and evidence-based practices for children with gross motor delays and neurodevelopmental disorders. Warm, compassionate approach with strong family collaboration skills. Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines. Bonus skills Bilingual (Spanish) Previous early intervention experience Experience with sensory integration, toe walking, prematurity, DMI, DME, orthotics, and neurodevelopmental screening.
