Resolve Therapeutic Services is a specialized group private practice focusing on Dual Diagnosis issues such as Substance Use Disorders, trauma, and other co-occurring issues. The ideal candidate has some experience working with Substance Use Disorders, or a desire to work with this population. Applicants should have their AMFT number or be close to obtaining it. Resolve Therapeutic Services focuses on individualized treatment and utilizes multiple modalities to tailor therapy for the needs of each client and achieve deep healing. Supervision is comprehensive and focuses on in depth training, knowledge, and self awareness. The role is structured like private practice and the AMFT will learn the skills necessary to build their own caseload and successful private practice. Because of this, any candidate should be organized, independent, and do well with autonomy as well as the ability to work cohesively amongst other clinicians. The role will require the clinician to build their caseload so starting part time will be necessary. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients and the system around them. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs of client. Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment for clients. Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, treatment progress, and case management activities. Stay informed about current research in psychotherapy and behavioral health to enhance therapeutic practices. Skills Compassion, willingness to learn, and desire to grow. Must be trained or be willing to get trained in a specified trauma modality. Some knowledge of attachment theory/ interpersonal neurobiology. Knowledge with substance use disorders or willingness to learn. Some knowledge with Mindfulness based therapies. Willingness to work with teens, adults, all genders, and LGBTQ populations.
Pay:
$40.00 - $50.00 per hour
