Job Description

Maintain caseload of 3-6 clients Meet with clients and caregivers on a regular basis to provide time-limited, individualized, and behaviorally focused mental health support services to youth and their families to further treatment goals and ensure successful transition of clients and their families Collaborate with the treatment team members to provide crisis intervention and mental health services Cultivate relationships and maintain communication with all treatment team members including participation in treatment reviews, IEP meetings, and other client related meetings Coordinate and implement overall services and treatment for assigned clients, including assessment, treatment planning, evaluation of progress, and termination Complete treatment plans, functional behavioral assessments, progress notes, monthly reports, and other required documentation accurately and in a timely manner Maintain accurate and complete client charts and records to county and agency standards Participate in weekly individual and group supervision and all program meetings and trainings Maintain accurate paperwork including but not limited to time sheets and mileage reimbursementQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Education/Experience requirements: Bachelor's degree OR Associate's degree or equivalent + 1 year of applicable experience OR High School Diploma/GED + 2 years of applicable experience Applicable experience can include paid or unpaid experience working with youth or families or working in the social services field Bilingual in English and Spanish required Flexible schedule with the ability to work some evening hours as needed Must be at least 21 years of age Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies' insurance policy TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirementsPREFERRED
Experience providing crisis assessment, management, and interventions Experience writing progress notes and other therapeutic documentationSCHEDULE
Full-time; Monday•Friday, 9am•5:30pm Hybrid; Flexible work hours In person meeting with clients Remotely can hold internal meetings and documentation Driving all through Contra Costa CountyBENEFITS
