Position Overview Title:

ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Schedule:

Part-Time Evenings (3 PM - 7 PM)

Setting:

In-home ABA therapy

Los Angeles County (multiple client homes)

$23-$28/hour (based on experience, education, or RBT certification)

provided Whether you're brand new to ABA or already an experienced Behavior Therapist, The A Team ABA will support your growth from day one. What You'll Do (and Love!) As an ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician / RBT, you will: Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to children Bring positivity, creativity, and connection to every session Teach communication, social skills, play skills, and daily living skills Follow individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA Collect data to measure progress (don't worry — we'll train you!) Support families with compassion and professionalism Be part of a collaborative, warm, and supportive ABA team Every session is an opportunity to help a child grow — and to make a genuine impact. Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma (required) Experience with children preferred (ABA experience a plus!) Reliable transportation across Los Angeles County Strong communication skills Professionalism, patience, and a heart for helping families Onboarding Requirements Live Scan background check TB clearance CPR/First Aid (if applicable) Mandated Reporter training Completion of ABA onboarding and training Eligibility to work in the
