We are an accredited dual diagnosis drug and alcohol treatment facility dedicated to helping individuals achieve recovery through compassionate, client-centered care. Our multidisciplinary team works together to provide comprehensive treatment that supports healing of the mind, body, and spirit.

Position Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and empathetic Therapists to join our clinical team. The ideal candidates will provide individual and group therapy, create and implement treatment plans, and support clients in developing healthy coping skills. This role is a great opportunity for a professional passionate about making a difference in the lives of those struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

Responsibilities:

Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including case managers, medical staff, and behavioral health technicians. Provide crisis intervention and support as needed. Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field. Active and unrestricted license or registration in the state of California (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, AMFT, ACSW, APCC, or equivalent). Experience in substance use disorder and/or dual diagnosis treatment preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, professional, and client-focused approach. Experience utilizing EMR systems, KIPU is preferred.
