Job Description
Job Overview Enara Family Counseling P.C. is seeking a compassionate and motivated Psychotherapist Associate (AMFT/ASW/APCC) to join our clinical team at our El Cajon, CA facility. Under the supervision of a licensed clinician, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy services to diverse client populations. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your clinical skills in a supportive, multicultural environment while working toward full licensure. This position is available as both full-time and part-time. Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, couples, and family psychotherapy under clinical supervision
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Participate in weekly individual and group clinical supervision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including psychiatrists, case managers, and social workers
- Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed
- Attend staff meetings, trainings, and professional development activities
- Make appropriate referrals to community resources and other providers
- Maintain compliance with BBS regulations and agency policies Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or Professional Clinical Counseling from an accredited program
- Current registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as an AMFT, ASW, or APCC
- Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and evidence-based treatment approaches
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work with culturally diverse populations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with community mental health preferred
- Familiarity with electronic health records systems preferred Language Requirements
- English and Arabic fluency
REQUIRED
- Farsi, Dari, or Pashto language skills are

Compensation- $32.00
- $40.00 per hour, depending on experience, certification level, language skills, and clinical experience Work Location
