Our practice is uniquely marketed and primarily focused on serving the underserved and underrepresented Latino/a/x population and other marginalized groups in the Central Valley and other areas of California. Our practice treats individuals, couples, families, children and teens struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, child behavioral issues, life transitions, faith crises, acculturation issues, immigration issues, LGBTQ+ issues and other cultural difficulties. We have a hybrid private practice model that allows us to accept medi-cal clients registered to Fresno County to ensure substantial caseloads. We hope to bring on a team of loyal clinicians that have a shared passion for serving the underserved with great quality care.

Qualifications:

Completed Master Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or Marriage, Family & Child Counseling Active registration as an Associate-level clinician (AMFT) or licensed as an LMFT through the California BBS Experience, knowledge, skills and abilities working with culturally diverse populations Desire for ongoing professional and personal growth and development Preference for clinicians who are bilingual (English and Spanish) Must be wiling to provide services in person and through

Telehealth Responsibilities:

Provide in-person and telehealth psychotherapy/ counseling sessions Maintain good standing with California BBS and working toward licensure or maintain a current CA license to practice if already licensed Respond to client referrals within 24 hours. Complete consults and intakes for your prospective clients (only those who reach out via psychology today). Chart electronic notes for each session in a timely manner Maintain your own schedule using the TherapyNotes client management system Create a professional profile on the practice website and Psychology Today Collaborate within the group practice and within the community Maintain/ keep track of your own supervision hours to submit to BBS if not licensed

Requirements:

Must be willing to be open to see at least 25 clients a week in person Must stay current and renew their registration each term and work towards licensure, if not licensed already. Must be willing to get credentialed with Fresno County Department of Behavioral Health to bill for Medi-Cal patients (if not licensed) and also treat cash pay clients. Must be willing to do both in-person and telehealth sessions (via Psychology Today platform) Must maintain professional liability insurance for your clinical work Coordinate with supervisor for regularly scheduled supervision, if not licensed already Pick one weekday (Monday

• Thursday) as a telehealth day, where you will not come into the office for telehealth appointments.
