- Behavior Technicians
- to support students requiring behavioral, social, and academic assistance throughout the school day. This is a school-based position ideal for individuals interested in
- ABA support
- , special education, or pursuing a long-term career in education or behavioral health. You will work directly with students, collaborate with teachers and school teams, and help maintain a structured, positive learning environment for the 2026-2027 academic year.
- Key Responsibilities
- + •Behavior intervention•— Implement individualized behavior plans under the guidance of a BCBA or supervising clinician.
- Student engagement
- — Support students in staying on task, participating in class, and building independence. +
- Behavior data collection
- — Record accurate, real-time data on student behavior and skill acquisition. +
- Classroom collaboration
- — Work closely with teachers, aides, and school staff to ensure consistency across environments. +
- Crisis prevention
- — Utilize de-escalation strategies and follow safety protocols when challenging behaviors arise. +
- IEP implementation
- — Support accommodations and behavior goals outlined in student plans.
- Qualifications
- + High school diploma or equivalent (some districts may prefer related coursework). + Experience working with children or individuals with behavioral needs preferred. + Strong communication, patience, and professionalism. + Ability to follow structured behavior plans and collect accurate data. + Reliability and consistency in a school-based environment.

Minimum Requirements:
- + High School diploma or equivalent required + Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred + Current CPR if applicable + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age
