Part-Time Associate Therapist - English/Spanish Bilingual (6 to 15 hours/week)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate Spanish/English therapist to join our team as Clinical Therapist providing a minimum of 6 direct client hours up to 15 hours per week. These are early evenings (5-7 PM) and/or Saturdays which can be alternate every other week.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide mental health therapy services to clients, with a focus on achieving symptom relief. Maintain an active registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences Conduct mental health assessments and establish medical necessity through strong writing skills. Embrace cultural awareness and demonstrate compassion in your work. Work towards democratizing access to mental health therapy by serving a diverse range of clients.

Qualifications:

Active registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences Compassionate and caring nature. Passion for supporting local communities and destigmatizing mental health. Cultural awareness, education, and/or knowledge. Strong writing skills to complete mental health assessments.

Preferred:
