Position:
Behavior Interventionist Behavior Interventionists provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. You will work one-on-one with clients, helping them build communication, social, and self-help skills while collaborating with a supportive and experienced clinical team. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Collect and record data on client progress. Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments. Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Qualifications High School Diploma - REQUIRED Bachelor's or Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or related field (preferred but not required). Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation. Must pass TB test. Must pass criminal background check & fingerprint clearance. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Hiring Locations We are currently hiring throughout Los Angeles County, including but not limited to: Inglewood, Lennox, Hawthorne, Westmont, El Segundo, Lawndale, Alondra Park, Gardena, Walnut Park, Huntington Park, Westwood, South Gate, Lynwood, Torrance, Los Angeles (central), Compton, Hollywood, Bell, Cudahy, Maywood, Carson, East Rancho Dominguez, West Carson, East Los Angeles, Palos Verdes Estates, Commerce, Bell Gardens and Lomita Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour (based on experience & education).
Mileage reimbursement:
Paid per mile.
Drive time compensation:
