Part-Time RBT / Behavior Therapist•Irvine, CA |
Flexible Hours Compensation:
$20•30/hour (based on experience and skill level)
Schedule:
Afternoons, evenings, and weekends (flexible hours with potential for increased caseload) About Us We are a compassionate and collaborative team dedicated to supporting children with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and related conditions. Our mission is to create meaningful, lasting change through individualized care and play-based interventions. Position Overview We are seeking a caring and energetic Behavior Therapist (RBT or experienced Behavior Technician) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA. This role is ideal for someone looking for part-time hours with opportunities to grow and gain hands-on experience.
