This full‑time position offers competitive pay of $35.00/hr, comprehensive training, and access to licensure supervision. As a Pre‑Licensed Therapist, you will work with clients, and social networks, to provide individual and group counseling that promotes education, early intervention, and recovery. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners within Clarvida's person‑centered, trauma‑informed care model. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group therapy adults/children Participate in crisis intervention and consultation when needed Assist clients with educational, vocational, social, and personal goal planning Take part in interdisciplinary treatment planning and program development Conduct therapeutic interviews, document client progress, and maintain clinical records Present or teach educational classes (e.g., parenting, anger management) and provide services in schools or via outreach Transport clients and provide outreach in community and school settings Fulfill productivity requirements (e.g., minimum hourly goals or caseload expectations) Perform on‑call or after‑hours duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Master's degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution Registered as Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC), or Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) in California Minimum 2 years of experience working with mental health patients in inpatient and/or outpatient settings Direct clinical experience & case management skills; knowledge of rehabilitation philosophy Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English Valid CA driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Additional training or experience in early psychosis intervention or youth mental health programs Familiarity with Medi‑Cal and working with clients who are uninsured or underinsured Experience providing therapy in school settings or outreach/community education Compensation & Benefits $35.00 per hour Paid vacation days (starting with ~12 days the first year; increases with tenure) Paid sick leave accumulating per pay period 9 Paid holidays (including Day after Thanksgiving) Medical, dental, vision insurance; Health Savings Account (HSA) or FSA options Access to DailyPay
