Our programs integrate evidence-based clinical interventions with holistic and experiential therapies to support meaningful growth and healing for individuals and their loved ones. At Inward Healthcare, we prioritize enduring mental wellness while creating a caring, safe, and engaging environment where clients feel supported, empowered, and encouraged to thrive. Role Description This is an on-site, part-time opportunity for a Primary Therapist at Inward Healthcare in Long Beach, California. The Primary Therapist will provide individual and family therapy, facilitate group sessions, complete clinical assessments, contribute to treatment planning + manage case coordination responsibilities for adolescent clients. In addition, the role includes providing virtual individual therapy sessions and group facilitation for adult clients enrolled in the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The Primary Therapist will collaborate closely with clients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that support mental health, emotional regulation, and overall well-being across levels of care. Qualifications Treatment planning and case management skills Experience working with families + running groups Experience in crisis management Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience in the mental health field Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field Has an intern number and/or is licensed. Hours Monday-Friday 3:00PM-8:00PM (hours may vary)
