Responsibilities Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support clients' developmental goals Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to tailor individualized treatment plans Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform adjustments Support intake processes by gathering relevant medical records, conducting initial evaluations, and coordinating with families and healthcare providers Maintain HIPAA compliance by ensuring confidentiality and secure handling of all medical documentation and records Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective intervention strategies aligned with each client's needs Provide patient care that emphasizes patience, empathy, and encouragement to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship Experience Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum or with developmental delays Knowledge of behavioral therapy principles and techniques, including applied behavior analysis (ABA) methods Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical documentation standards Experience in data collection for behavioral health or special education settings is highly desirable Ability to perform intake assessments and conduct diagnostic evaluations effectively Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and best practices for maintaining confidentiality in medical records Passion for working in behavioral health environments that prioritize patient-centered care and continuous growth Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a real difference!
