Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related field preferred Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling or Social Work, Family Therapy preferred Licensed as a Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) as required by state regulations and/or contract specifications One (1) year of experience in counseling preferred Current CPR if applicable TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) Must meet all federal, state and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of age ??Position Overview Role:

Key Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision to Associate MFTs (AMFTs) Support case review, treatment planning, and professional development Ensure compliance with clinical standards, documentation, and regulations Mentor clinicians and support quality patient outcomes Collaborate with leadership and multidisciplinary teams ?? Population Experience (Critical to Success) This role requires experience working with a wide breadth of patient populations , particularly: Individuals experiencing homelessness Indigent and underserved communities Patients with limited or no access to healthcare resources High-acuity cases impacted by social determinants of health ?? Candidates must be comfortable and experienced working in community mental health or resource-limited environments ? Requirements Active California LMFT License Experience in clinical supervision or leadership preferred Strong background working with diverse, high-need populations Knowledge of evidence-based practice and documentation standards Excellent communication, mentoring, and organizational skills ?? Compensation $60/hourEstimated Weekly Pay:
